What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address (street, city and postal code), the delivery date and time slot you choose, and the items you order.

When you write to us by email we receive the details you send us.

We never see or store your card number: card payments are completed on the payment provider's own page.

How we use it

We use this information to process and deliver your order, to send your order confirmation and, for bank-transfer orders, the transfer instructions, to contact you about your order, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Age confirmation

The site asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. Your answer is kept only in your browser for the current visit and is not sent to us.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one cookie, kept for up to a year, to remember your language (Georgian or English), and your browser's session storage to remember your age confirmation. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a sign-in cookie.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the shop: our payment provider (iPay) for card payments, our email provider to send order emails, our hosting and database providers, and delivery partners where we use them. We do not sell personal data.
